    Ha, snap! Made burgers myself on the weekend – I always find that “less is more” for a good burger patty – a nice bit of garlic, salt etc. Don’t want to start going the road my mother took – packing them with everything in sight: giant chunks of onion, thyme etc. They’re nice like that, but they don’t really have the “hamburger essence” in my opinion.
